UN INTERFERENCE WITH U.S.

UN BIOSPHERES AND WORLD HERITAGE
SITES RESOURCES and LISTS

"We have agreed to limit our right of sovereignty over these lands. In the case of the 1972 World Heritage Treaty the President and the U.S. Senate had a Constitutional, albeit misguided right to do so as part of their delegated powers. Congress, however, has never passed any law permitting the US to enter into agreements that commits the US to an incredible list of provisions and socialist goals contained within the UNESCO International Biosphere Program. The problem is not in the noble goals of these programs, but in their mandates which would subvert our Constitutional protections and republican form of government if fully implemented. Not only have the feds been using these treaties and agreements to limit access to, and use of, these lands to all Americans, but they have also used these documents to limit the use of private land outside the boundaries of these lands.

The most recent example of this is the invitation by the Clinton Administration to the World Heritage Committee to list Yellowstone National Park as a World Heritage Site In Danger. Such action totally circumvented the NEPA process and US law, and allowed President Clinton to bully a mining company into abandoning a perfectly legal mine development project that was occurring on mostly Private land. The UN doesn't have to have direct sovereignty if the feds "give" it to them. If you think this is an open invitation to tyranny, you are right."

The lists appear below. Let me point out something very, very important here: As you know, Bill Clinton has been issuing Executive Orders that have literally set him up as a Monarch. Hilliary is an authortarian. Billis a Marxist. Let me tell you what the U.S. Supreme Court says about Executive Orders and then wonder why Congress hasn't stopped the stealing of state land, i.e. the big land grabs by Bill in Utah and California:

Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. October 1956:

"The prohibitions of the Constitution were designed to apply to all branches of the National Government and they cannot be nullified BY THE EXECUTIVE OR BY THE EXECUTIVE AND THE SENATE COMBINED." The minute Clinton issues these EO's, members of Congress who claim to respect the Constitution and their oath, should have immediately filed to block these EO's EXCEPT as they apply to the Executive Branch. Instead, this Republican controlled Congress has sat on their thumbs since January 1995 and let this guy get away with anything - including Kosovo.

The Wallace Institute would dearly love to undertake legal action on this, but unfortunately, people seem more inclined to throw their money into worthless pipe dreams and lying politicans than taking the tough road through the courts - even when we have the case law on our side.

Rome burned while Nero fiddled. Soon, America will no longer be a sovereign nation because America shopped and counted mutual funds instead of paying attention to what's going on around them.

One day these environmental wackos will wish to God they had listened to the facts instead of goo-goo, feel good malarkey from people like Ted Turner or Drew Barrymore. Of course, by then it will be too late - they will be living in a high rise somewhere because their $250,000 mountain hide-a-way has been declared off limits to humans so some bug, slug or crud can enjoy constitutional rights. After all, this planet hasn't been able to get along for a billion or so years without Greenpeace and the Sierra Club!

It's coming unless the people put a stop to it and that won't happen until we restore the integrity of the ballot box and get these dishonorble people out of the Congress and our state legislatures.
